There used to be a concession for Intra-Company transfer workers to bring dependent parents.

Unfortunately, there doesn’t appear to be any provisions under the current work routes for parents as dependants.

Even settled people and British citizens find it almost impossible to bring elderly parents.

The option I'd for Adult Dependent Relative ADR which from experience appears to be the most difficult visa to get.

I think that ADR visas require the sponsor to be either a British citizen or hold ILR. So it would not be applicable in this case.

In any case, the immigration policies in the UK is hostile to older people/retirees moving to the UK. Even British citizens can't sponsor their elderly parents to the UK. Fewer than 10 ADR visas are issued per year. So I would not get your hopes high about being able to sponsor your parents to the UK.
