Error in spouse date of birth during application submission

Hi, I got UK skilled worker visa, but during travel arrangements I found my spouse date of birth is incorrect in my visa application.

Plz tell the process to correct it.

I have to cancel application and submit it again?

I recently got Skilled Worker Visa approved. I’m planning to apply dependent visa for my spouse now. While preparing application for dependent visa, I have learnt that I have provided home office wrong date of birth of my spouse when I applied for my visa. It’s purely by mistake. Please answer these 2 questions.

1)Is there any way to rectify this error?

2) if we leave it like this and apply for spouse visa with actual date of birth, will this error affect home office decision for spouse visa ?
