Health and care worker visa - Extension

COS was used and application submitted.

Seems strange, everything including taking pictures and reading data from current BRP is done though phone.

• UK immigration: ID Check

  It scanned the BRP card, uploaded picture and uploaded faceprint.
• amApplication said nothing to upload at the end!
• Application filled and £274 paid as fees. No immigration health surcharge.

My question is, is this normal for extension application to not be required to come in?
No evidence to upload too!
