IHS reimbursement for skilled worker dependent

Hi,

I am a skilled worker working in IT industry. My partner who will be joining me soon as my dependent under Skilled worker dependant route will be working in a care home.

Is she eligible for getting IHS refund for her visa? Please note that I (the main applicant of skilled worker visa) works in IT sector and my dependent will be working in care.
