ILR - Main Applicant switching sponsor. Does dependant need to apply for new visa?

Post by lakshmijeevi » Mon Sep 11, 2023 9:50 am

I am on skilled worker visa and am eligible for ILR in 5 months. I am switching my sponsor now and will be applying for new skilled worker visa. Does my dependents need to apply for new visa along with me or can they continue with the current visa for next 6 months and then apply for ILR please?

They are your dependents and not on your job or employer so can continue on current visa they hold.
