I called UKVI many time for asking if I can switch but they denied all the time but when i sent email to Prioritypostalrequests@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk they said I can and I did.

Hi ,

Type of Application- Switch from T2 ICT dependent to T2 general dependent
Applied online 6th Sep - standard application
Documents posted 9th Sep
All fees paid using card
application received at UK BA: 12th Sep
Acknowledgement and BM appointment- Awaiting

For the upgrade to priority service , what was the exact process and did it result in the entire application fees to be paid again?

Date of Approval: 26-09-2016
Date of return of passport and other documents: 28-09-2016
