No BRP and vignette

Hi there

I just received the approval for my Skilled Worker Visa. As it is for less than 6 months, I will not be issued a BRP. As I applied for this extension from inside the UK, I do not have a visa stamp on my passport. Will this affect my travel overseas and reentry into the UK? I’m more concerned when exiting a foreign country to return to the UK as they will usually want to see the BRP. But I don’t have that or the visa stamp to show
