PBS Dependent Cohabitation proof - Urgent problem

Hi,

My wife is in UK since may 2018 as PBS dependent This time is her second renewal for which i have a problem of cohabitation proofs.
She does not work.
I have all proofs until dec 2020 which was old rental address, now i have brought a house in jan 2021 for which all bills are on my name and her name was only in the council tax. Due to renovations we forgot to add her name in utilities and it was added in oct 2021. so for the 10 months of 2021, there is no other cohabitation proof apart from council tax.
would it be ok if there is just 1 proof for these 10 months and rest all history is clear.

I do not have joint account in bank but separate accounts
Pls guide as we have Visa appointment 1st week jan.
