Refund if visa application is rejected

Hello,

Can you please let me know for which of these can I expect refund if Defined COS has been assigned but applicant was refused visa after they applied:

1. Initial Defined COS fee (when assigned)
2. Skill Surcharge
3. Visa application fee
4. IHS fee

I know that IHS (health surcharge) is refunded after visa is denied, however I am not sure about any other cost from the list.

If I am missing any of the costs associated with sponsoring worker, please comment on those as well.

Probably none other than IHS.

Visas fees are not refunded for refused applications and neither is your CoS fee as the CoS is used even if visa is refused.

Unsure about skills surcharge.
