I have applied for skilled worker visa on job change in priority service. Used Id checker app for biometrics.
21/9/23: Completed application, IHS payment done and received email for IHS payment confirmation. Then, selected visa fees on priority service, payment done and transaction complete message also displayed on scree, but the application didn't complete. Allowing me to pay again, to avoid double payment I haven't done anything, downloaded the completed application and signed out.
22/9/23: Both IHS and visa fees were pending in my bank account for one day. I tried logging in my account to check whether my application is submitted, but still it was in the same payment section. Later in the evening after my payment cleared from my bank, I just tried logging in my account, I got the following message "The details entered doesn't match our records" and I am unable to login and can't access my account, this is so weird. I checked all the details I entered are correct, but still I am unable to login
I called UKVI almost every day, they keep on routing me to technical team and general visa enquiry team back and forth. Someone adviced me, if money was deducted then they will consider my application and asked me to contact technical team to resolve the errors. Technical team checked and told me that there is no application submitted in my records.
24/9/23: Wrote a mail to technical team, got response from them after two days requesting more details.
27/9/23: Received mail saying they escalated my problem to technical team to investigate further.
I have to start my new job from next month. I am very much worried about this issue. Please advise whether technical team can resolve my problem or will they ask me to re submit my application and process for a refund. Fingers crossed
