Skilled worker visa

Hi I was working in a UK company till september. My visa expired on september 27th. I left the country on september 27th and my company did not have sponsorship license at that time, they told they will apply for sponsorship license and sponsor me through skilled worker visa and they successfully received sponsorship license. The problem is I left the country and I was still working for that uk company from india through work from home and receiving salary in my uk bank account. Does this affect me or my company in anyway applying for skilled worker visa.
