Switch visa from dependent of tier-4 to tier-2

Switch visa from dependent of tier-4 to tier-2

Hi all, I just came into the UK on a dependent visa of tier-4 through my wife who is currently studying.
If I secure a health & care job willing to sponsor my tier-2, would I be eligible to switch from my current dependent visa to a tier-2 visa. Would my wife be eligible to switch as well while she's studying?

Yes you will be able to switch and if so would presume should not be difficult for your wife to switch as your dependant.
