Switching Emloyer while on Skilled Worker VISA

Hi,

I am on Skilled worker VISA but I have a received an offer from a different employer who also has sponsorship license. Is there a way I can switch/change/update employer or transfer my VISA to the new employer without making a new application?

No way to do that as current visa was issued based on the COS of current employer.

New employer will get you a new COS to use for SWV if you are to start work with them.
