Tier 2 Dependent Visa Application - Unmarried Partner

Hi, hope everyone is doing well during this stressful time especially for me and my partner as we are planning to get a dependant visa for myself under his Tier 2 Visa and we have a lot of doubts regarding proving our cohabitation scenario.

I am a Malaysian while my partner is Kazakh but he has a Tier 2 visa from a A- Rated sponsor. We met in October 2016, I was studying in Edinburgh while he was in Nottingham. I go back and forth to visit him at this time because of studies but I was spent my time in Nottingham as much as I can. I do have a couple of letters and bills sent out to his address at the time but I don't think that would count. I was constantly on the move with him (mind you, he moved 2 times after graduating in July 2017 because he could not find a proper place to settle longer and we were always moving in with his friends. I was with him the whole time). Fast forward to December 2017, he finally moved out to a place of his own and I moved with him since then. I have letters and grocery bills stated his address from January of 2018 and my bank bills from February 2018. I did not stay with him the entire time because of visa and work, I usually stay for 4 months, leave for 2 months and come back in. He eventually moved out from that place on in May 2019 to live closer to work and at that time I was back home in Malaysia. I had no bills addressed to his new place as he was only staying for 4 months before moving to London. When he moved to London, I did not use his address for my bank bills because he was still figuring out his accommodation but I came to stay with him from August 2019 until October 2019 and I have other letters and grocery bills under my name and email address delivered to all of his addresses as I was the one that helped with his groceries when he does not have the time.

So I'm proposing to include official bills which I will be using my bank bills from February 2018 until May 2019 (1 year and 3 months), phone bills here and there to his addresses, grocery bills under my account but to his addresses, letters and receipts from retails. Apart from that, we will include reference letters to all his landlords and friends to prove I was staying with him at the respective places. His sister and my sister will be writing reference letters to prove our relationship as well. Photos of us on vacation with his family, photos of us in Nottingham, Edinburgh and London and photos of our conversation that shows our interest in getting married and discussing about living together in total will be included as well.


We need advise if there are other things that we could include? We really want this be a success. And it has been a tiring 3 years of long distance relationship in between. Really appreciate some advises and tips. Thank you!
