tier 2 dependent visa

Hi All,
This is my first query on this forum, i m currently on tier 2 health care visa (A rated sponsor) and recently got married back home now i want to bring my wife here, do i need to change her surname before applying for visa ? as previously she had been living in two different countries so we have to get police character certificate from those countries as well but those will be according to her previous surname, so what's the best advice for us in this regarding because we want to avoid any confusions for the home office in the visa process, also plz advise regarding accommodation and english language requirements as there is no specific details mentioned on uk gov website regarding this on tier 2 dependent visa and i have read a blog on this forum where a guy was talking about writing a letter to visa officer that he is currently living in a shared accommodation but can arrange a separate flat for themselves ( him and his wife) and their application was successful, and for english language we are looking to get Uk ecctis previoulsy known as uk naric english language certificate ( again it will be on the old surname),
in short what steps should we take in visa process.

There is no English requirement for a PBS dependent visa

Makes no difference re surname as the marriage cert will be evidence of change if you change the passport
