Tier 2 General : Is your sponsor a limited company

Hi All,

just wanted to check the below question which has come across while filling up Tier 2 general application online.

Question is : is your sponsor a limited company : Yes or No [ my employer company is a Private limited company]

Soc Code : 2136 -
Visa category : Tier 2 general -applying from Home country.
RLMT : done, also listed under shortage occupation code.

any suggestions highly appreciated.

You can check that either from register of sponsors:

or even better by checking the company of Companies House website:
https://www.gov.uk/get-information-about-a-company

Or simply, ask your employer.
