Hi

excellent news.Congratulations.

Not sure if they'll refund the fee as I read somewhere that they will only refund if there was a technical error on the day and they were unable to process.

in your case as they needed to make sure that the employer has complied with their duties so they considered your application complex and didn't give you the decision the same day. This is how I'll think.

I also applied for ILR on long residency using super priority service. I paid £100 for the next day biometrics at 8:00am croydon. I received an email from the case worker at 3pm same day to say that application is exceptionally complex and they require more time.

They granted ILR on 4th July and I gave biometrics on 27th July. So I was also thinking to apply for a refund but haven't given it a serious thought as there is no form available to apply.

I'll wait for other members to reply and see if there is a way to get a refund.

Anyway congratulations on your VISA.

Best regards
