Undefined CoS Allocation processing time

Hello everyone,
I am currently in UK on a Tier 4 student Dependent visa from February 2022. My visa is valid till September 2023. My employer is willing to sponsor and renewed his license in last week of March 2023. His license expired in 2022 and he renewed his license in 2023. However, he is now waiting for allocation of Undefined CoS from home office. My question is how much time home office takes to allocate COS? My visa is expiring in mid of September. Will he be able to sponsor me before my visa expiry?

Usually a sponsor will request an allocation at the point of application for a licence. If there are no concerns at the point the licence is granted that allocation would be live immediately.

If your Sponsor has zero COS allocation then it will take up to 18 weeks from the date of request to receive an allocation unless they pay for the premium service (if available)
