US Speeding Infraction - Under 12 months have passed.

Would I be eligible for a UK spouce visa with a Driving Infraction. The case was taken to court and I ended up with a Driving Infraction for Speeding "SP 20 Over" with a fine and court costs.

Looking to apply in August and court was January this year.

Married october last year; Been together since 2022.

Any advise would be appreciated. Dont want to waste money for a refusal but also want to be with my spouce.

It's not like you killed someone. Speeding infractions happen. Declare it if asked, you should be fine.
