UK Spouse Visa Cancelled and Reapply after Reconciliation

Post by Star5 » Mon Jul 28, 2025 11:48 am

Dear all,

I've a very difficult situation at present regarding visa for my spouse. I applied dependent visa for my wife in Pakistan and she got it. However due to some arguments and misunderstandings, I informed Home Office of relation breakdown and to curtail the initial visa which they did after a week. She could not travel to UK.

Now we have reconciled and have very good understanding and all previous differences have been removed. This all happened due to long distant relation. We are still married and not divorced and I want to save this relation at all costs.

My question is if I can reapply visa for her and what will be the chances of visa approval. Any past experience, please share.

Thank you
