Tier 2 to Start Up Visa

Hi,
I am in the UK with my wife and child and I am currently Tier 2 General visas were my wife and child are my dependants. Could you let me know if I am eligible to change from Tier 2 to Startup visa within the UK without leaving the country? My Visa will be expiring in August 2020. I came to the UK in 2011 as a student.

You need endorsement before you can apply for the visa.
