The extension visa will be valid from the date of approval. The new visa start date is NOT added onto the end of the last visa expiry date.

Please note: it's a Sole Representative visa.

If you search with soul, you may not find the correct information.

There is no template specified by the Home office. If you google, you may find some.

Only FULL days of absence count. If you enter a new row, I assume both the start and end dates are excluded from the calculation.

Extension applications inquires

Post by Wesam » Sat Aug 08, 2020 12:12 pm

Good Day,

I have gone through Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) guidline for Extension and i have the following inquires,

1- (how i can proof this?) intend to continue operating one or more businesses in the UK
2- (how i can proof this?) do not intend to take employment other than under the terms of paragraph 245DE of the Immigration Rules
3- for the jobs, if the requirements covered before the Extension application submission with 8 months and i continue without employees (is this ok?, or i need to keep them?)

Thanks

As i am a small business , i am nor required audited account, right?

(a) If your business is a registered company which is required to produce audited accounts, the audited accounts must be provided with your application.
(b) If your business is not required to produce audited accounts, unaudited accounts and an accounts compilation report must be provided from an accountant.

Also, by the end of the three years i will have two acounts compilation report covering the period from the date i incoroperated the company till the date before submision, is this ok or i need to have three individual reports?

1. and 2. No specific guide on that. HO will evaluate based on all of your application and interview (if applicable)
3. Yes, it is ok

Post by Wesam » Wed Nov 25, 2020 7:50 pm

I want first to thank all admins of the forums for thier patient and support.

I have two questions regarding 2 new full time jobs for settled workers

1- if i created 2 new full time jobs for settled workers for 6 month and they left the company and i hired another two for same positions after some time, is it ok ? or it should be 12 contineoues uninterrupted period ?

2- The 2 new full time jobs for settled workers can be same job position, like for example two programers or should be differnt job postion

1 - that's fine. No requirement for it to be uninterrupted. In fact, if you read the guidelines, they say that specifically.
2 - Doesn't matter

Tier 1 - More than one business and partenership

Post by Wesam » Sat Nov 28, 2020 11:39 am

Thank you for support,

I registered my first limited company within the first six Months, and it is running normally
After one year i registered another new company, now the question is:

- If i need to add apartner to the company with % of shares, how this will impact the Tier 1 status?

1- I mean if we hire employees, is it will considered totally to my application?
2- Is my new company shares required to be owned by my first company or doesnt matter to be counted in terms of investement and employess?
3- is there any risk againest my visa if i go for partenership?

There is no need to have working hours in the payslip,
You have to enter the hourly wage in the application form - HO will calculate hours from that.
