Change of Circumstances

Post by Globe Trotter » Fri Nov 01, 2019 2:53 am

Hi,
Do I need to inform Home Office regarding change of my Office Address?
Or there is no need to inform them?

Many thanks.

Proof to justify Medical Condition

Post by Globe Trotter » Tue Nov 05, 2019 2:25 am

Many thanks Zimba for your response.

My spouse (currently in home country) is critically ill and needs to undergo surgery but I am still waiting since last 9 months for my ILR result. I need to be by my spouse's side at this crucial moment.

I want to write to Home Office highlighting my spouse's medical condition and requesting them to speed up my case.

So apart from the Doctor's Medical Certificate, what else do I need to submit to justify my spouse's medical condition?

There is no specified documents for such cases - just submit the supporting documents that will explain the urgency.

Many thanks Marcnath for your kind suggestion.

For supporting documents, I just have the doctor's certificate mentioning the illness.

Will that be sufficient or do I need to attach the medical reports as well i.e. x-ray, blood tests, prescriptions etc.

You mean you don't have a document stating that surgery is urgently needed ?

Yes, the doctor is willing to provide a certificate that surgery is required.

But apart from that, do I need to send any supporting documents such as x-ray, blood tests, prescriptions etc.

Or just the doctor's certificate will suffice?

I really can't say what is needed - there are no specifications for that.

But I doubt if HO will do a medical analysis, they are not health professionals.
