There is no such requirementGlobe Trotter wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2019 2:53 amHi,
Do I need to inform Home Office regarding change of my Office Address?
Or there is no need to inform them?
Many thanks.
There is no specified documents for such cases - just submit the supporting documents that will explain the urgency.Globe Trotter wrote: ↑Tue Nov 05, 2019 2:25 amMany thanks Zimba for your response.
My spouse (currently in home country) is critically ill and needs to undergo surgery but I am still waiting since last 9 months for my ILR result. I need to be by my spouse's side at this crucial moment.
I want to write to Home Office highlighting my spouse's medical condition and requesting them to speed up my case.
So apart from the Doctor's Medical Certificate, what else do I need to submit to justify my spouse's medical condition?
You mean you don't have a document stating that surgery is urgently needed ?Globe Trotter wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2019 2:59 amMany thanks Marcnath for your kind suggestion.
For supporting documents, I just have the doctor's certificate mentioning the illness.
Will that be sufficient or do I need to attach the medical reports as well i.e. x-ray, blood tests, prescriptions etc.
I really can't say what is needed - there are no specifications for that.Globe Trotter wrote: ↑Sun Nov 10, 2019 2:26 amYes, the doctor is willing to provide a certificate that surgery is required.
But apart from that, do I need to send any supporting documents such as x-ray, blood tests, prescriptions etc.
Or just the doctor's certificate will suffice?
