CR001 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 19, 2021 6:15 amIt is useful to state the visa start and expiry dates rather than the travel dates.
My wife VISA start and expiry dates are:
1) Tier 1 (POST STUDY) Partner 26/07/2012 to 28/12/13.
2) Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Partner 01/05/2014 to 14/02/2017.
3) PBS Dependent leave to enter 06/10/2017 to 02/08/2019.
4) PBS Dependent Leave to Remain 16/01/2020 to 16/01/2022.
My son was born in December 2015 (5 years 8 months and 25 days old) and he last went to India on 27/07/2019 (total days stayed to today in last visit (2 years, 1 month, 23 days was in india ).
if I am not wrong, is it the same link to apply PBS Child Dependent:

Thank you

Hi Vinny,
3) is the tricky bit. When did she apply? Unsure if they may consider her continuous leave as being broken?riya001 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 19, 2021 11:38 amThank you so much Vinny for your valuable information,

The fact that you have British citizenship now is irrelevant.riya001 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 22, 2021 7:52 amHi all,
