Can a construction company register in UK on entrepreneur route ?

Tier 1 entrepreneur route is closed for new applications now and no longer available.

You can do whatever business you want if you already hold a Tier 1E visa. However you cannot claim investment points if you invest in property development or management. Construction is fine

According to previous posts, you have recently been issued with a visitor visa. You won't be able to apply for any other category from within the UK while here as a visitor. :idea:
(Casa, not CR001)
