dependent visa and ilr

I got my ILR for teir one entrepanuer in fast track route my dependents got extentions till end of 2024 my son is over 18 years old and he got an apprenticeship with a company will this impact his ILR later and what is the limitations of him working we need to conisder that wont impact his ilr submission.
