Dependent visa

Dear Sirs

I have a Tier 1 entrepreneur visa and will apply for a Tier 1 Ent extension in December 2022. I was in India for a holiday and left India in June 2022 after more than 5 months. I'd like to bring my wife over on a Tier 1 Dependent Spouse Visa. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me with this:

1. Can you please provide the correct Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependent visa application form or link from the UK GOV website?

2. Application form online, In the Sponsor's information section: As an IT professional who owns an IT company, what is my case's Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) code?

---> Should the code be 2133 or?

3. What should the Home Office reference be for Tier 1 Entrepreneur, as I can't find it on the Home Office visa approval letter?

I urgently require your assistance with my wife's dependant visa application. Please assist.

1. https://www.gov.uk/tier-1-entrepreneur/family-members
2. Choose the closest one. It is not the most important thing in this case
3. Your BRP number can be used
