Documents Required For 2nd Leave to Remain

Hi!

Since I am unable to meet 5 year continuous residency requirement I am applying for my 2nd leave to remain(extension). I would appreciate if someone could let me know a list of documents required for this since there is not much given in the guidance.
This is my first post and hope it is in the right forum.

What visa category and immigration history do you have??
Char (CR001 not Casa)
