Hi All

Today my partner received below e mail from DX Courier.
Dear xxxx

Your tracking number: xxxxxxx Post Code: xxxxxx

DX is a specialist delivery company appointed by the Home Office for the safe delivery of your item.

Your Biometric Residence Permit is scheduled for delivery today.

Your item will be attempted to:

xxxxxx xxxx xxxx

Our Tier1 Ent Extension Time line below:

We applied Extension 2017 April,
Biometrics given May 2nd week,
Complex letter received May 4th week,
Interview cal 1st week Feb 2018
had Interview 2nd week Feb 2018.

My ILR Application Time line below:

ILR application Varied 21/Sep/2018
ILR Fee deducted 27/Sep/2018
bio metrics 12/Nov/2018
Tier1 application refund 12/Nov/2018

below are my questions, I will be grateful if any one could suggest.

1.Does this mean that my partner's Tier1 extension is granted and did any one experienced the same situation ?
2.If his Tier 1 extension is approved,Can I except my ILR(LR) result Soon?

Once he I granted extension, he might be due to apply for ILR immediately because of Hao waste of time. However, he will need to create jobs as required for ILR, I also expect that your ILR should be applied based on his ILR except you applied through another route that is not based on his Tier 1 route.

1. They only issue BRPs for approved applications. So, it would be fair to assume your partner's extension is approved.
2. Since you applied for LR, there is no link between your two applications anymore.

its defo his approval ..... did u receive bio metric letter and refund same day?? ur refund was quick ... good luck for your ilr..

Today my partner received Tier 1 Ext approval Bio metric Card.

I Would to big thanks all the members and special thanks to Marcnath, Zimba,CR001 for your valuable time and effort.This immigration boards helped us lot and really appreciate it.
