Hi All

Today I am really excited to share my extension approval with you all. Thanks for everyone's help particularly Zimba.

Here is my timeline.

Applied; 15.03.2017 (PSW 50K Third party funds, D Loan)
Bio metric done dated: 8.04.2017.
Nature of business: Business consultancy and Accounts.
No Interview

Since bio-metric there was no news from Home Office nothing like complex letter. like all successful members, I followed policy guidance.

Thanks guys!! I used the document list shared by DNF, Rajrea and Zimba on this forum. any way my list is below:

1) Application Forms
a) Main applicant application form with two photographs, passport and BRP card

2) Investment
a) Legal Director’s Loan agreements
b) Company bank statement and personal bank statements to Identify Director’s Loan transactions
c) Un‐Audited Financial Statements for the period -------------.
d) An accounts compilation report
e) Letter of Investment from certified accountant

3) Evidence of investment in the UK business
a) Printout of a Company’s House document showing the address of the registered Office in the UK
b) Company bank statement showing that the company has a UK business bank account
c) CT600 of the company


4) Evidence ‐ Directors of a company
a) Current appointment report from companies House (dated no earlier than 3 Months prior to date of
Application)
b) Recent Filing history page
c) Certificate of incorporation of the company

5) Evidence of Job Creation ( Pre‐6 April 2014 transitional arrangement )
(2 full time employee for 12 months, 30 hours per week)
a) Evidence that the employees are settled workers – Copies of Passport pages that contain visa status
and employee’s personal details
b) Employee’s employment contracts
c) Employee’s Pay slips (wages slips)
d) HMRC P60 copies of employees
e) P11 deductions working sheets
f) P45
g) P32
h) Employee payment record (Detailed)
i) HMRC Employer Payment Record
j) Printouts of Real Time‐Full Payment Submissions to HMRC (Monthly)
k) Letter of Job creation from certified accountant

6) English language skills
a) Master's Degree Certificate from (UK)

7) Maintenance Funds
a) Main Applicant original Personal Bank Statement for Maintenance funds, showing more than £945

what is nature of ur busines.. well done.. and how did u arrange them ,, did u just send 2 employees documents and how about other who replaced them ..as i had 2 full employees exctly 12 months each .. so if i send exactly that.,. they might think that i jus fulfilled the points .. so ppl have replaced them .. so shall i jus send extra FPS rather then all bundle of payslips, passport copies etc. ... many thanks . and congrats again

Hi heyaheya

1) Yes it was CAR
2) It was a print out of HMRC online account whereby you could see your Tax + NIC paid to HMRC. Ask your accountant to print this for you or if you have your login details then you could do by yourself. Though it is no compulsory but i showed them that i have paid all liabilites.

Nature of my business is Business Consultancy & Accounts. I had more than two employees but i sent only two to claim points and their payslips. Sending more documents will just confuse them.

hi thanks for ur reply, yeah i had same issue what shll i do with employees because i had employee before and after so i din know if i send all of thr details or jus who i am claiming points for. but i shall only send for points i am claiming for . although they are exact 24 months! i hope it wont look suspicious. i have login for my payee i shall have a look tom morning, is it in the name of Employee payment summary, many thanks.

Hi

If your two employees fulfill the exact requirement then its fine. just send their details only. Other's employees details Home office can see in your FPS and subsequent payments to them in your copmany bank statement. Nothing to be worry about.

It is your employer payment record. It shows month by month how much tax + N.I which you have deducted from your employees and paid to HMRC. i hope this will help.

yesterday i have checked my online status it shows decided yesterday but didn't receive any ihs refund yet
any idea?

I am in a process of applying for my extension.

1. Can you please let me know if you used a solicitor or prepared the case yourself?

2. Did you just provide last years' accounts or all three years?

3. Can you please post the Director's Loan template here?

The bank statements to show the director transactions - do these need to be original? Or can I print them online and get them stamped or something? Thanks

Hi sardar

1. I didn't use any solicitor. Honeslty If you have got all the required documents then there is no need to hire solicitor.
2. I invested during these three years so i provided all three years account.
3. Please search this form for Director's Loan as I also downloaded from this forum.

It has to be original if for some reason you don't have original then get the duplicate and get it stamp from the branch also. For case worker convenience you can high light DL transactions also.
