If your two employees fulfill the exact requirement then its fine. just send their details only. Other's employees details Home office can see in your FPS and subsequent payments to them in your copmany bank statement. Nothing to be worry about.
It is your employer payment record. It shows month by month how much tax + N.I which you have deducted from your employees and paid to HMRC. i hope this will help.
