Extension visa refused, maintainance blunder.

Hi everyone. Pls help me my visa has been refused merely on home office negligence.

My timeline is
Applied 18th aug 2017
Complex letter sept 2017
Brp given 7th sept
PAP sent feb 2018
Mp involved Mar 2018
PAP and Mp same reply.
Recived partial refund on 18th apr 2018
Refusal letter 17th may 2018
Reason for refusal is maintainance.
They have refused my application on the basis of bank statement that i have not submitted. My 90 days maintainance period is between 11th may and 11th aug 2017 and they have considered my statement from nov 2016 to feb 2017.
I dont know how can they do that. Pls help me. They have given me admin review. What are the chances.

Personal bank statement showing 90 days maintainance funds. My 90 days shows between may and aug 2017.m( which i have submitted) but they have refused on the basis of nov 16 to feb 17( which i have not submitted)

It seems to be an obvious CW mistake if it is as you say.
So, will most probably get overturned without any problem

This seems to be a ridiculous mistake by the case worker.
Is this the only reason for refusal or is there anything else besides?

r you sure they took old bank statements to consider your case rather than the most recent 3 months' before application?

I thought they are at least assigning a senior officer as team leader to do a final check before the results sending out. :roll:

if this is the only reason to reject your application, your case should be overturned easily. congrats in advance. :lol:

Yes this is the only reason. Got points in everything else. Just 10 points in maintainance funds

Yes infact i have not even submitted old bank statements. I dont know from where did they get those figures.
In refusal letter they have even mentioned two dates and figures that balance has gone down from £945. God knows from where they got those.

Could it be that they used your personal statement you used to show investment transfer from personal to business?

Did any of your investment happen between nov 2016 to feb 2017?

yes even i thought that but still the amount that they mentioned doesnt match to my actual transactions on that particular date. They mention on 7th december my balance went down from £945 to £939.m, but actually on that day my balance for £3200.34. So in that case thats also not correct.

It makes no sense - those dates are so far off from your application date anyway.
No point trying to analyse it. It probably was a mix up. The CW handling two cases at the same time and the entered the rejection of the other person into yours. Maybe someone else got off lucky because of this :)

In that case your AR should be very easy to compose and win.

Can u also check if you are reading the date correctly as a date written as 9/5 might be read by one as 9th May while the other as 5th September due to different format

They have written date in words like 7th december 2016, so no confusion in that.
