ILR for man applicant and extension for dependant

Hi

My question related to this topic, apologies if i am not suppose to ask question in somebody else post.

I am going to apply for my ILR (main applicant) in Nov 2020 as completing 5 years. My wife and one child completing their 5 years in Feb 2021. My other two children born here in UK during last 4 year. We all (5 members) have same expiry on our BRPs that is in March 2021.

Can all my dependants apply for ILR with me in Nov 2020 or my wife and one child both have to apply in Feb 2021 and other two child born here in UK have to apply accordingly upon completing their 5 years?

What was the start date if their initial visa?

Then no, they cannot apply with you. They can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of their initial visa issue date.

Wife a child born abroad can apply when they qualify. Their ilr will only succeed if you are granted ilr.

UK born children do NOT need ilr and you can register them as British once you have ilr.
