Dependent Application

Hi Gurus

Please a colleague applied for indefinite leave back in May 2019 via T1 Ent route (he applied alone and visa has not been approved), the wife was switched to his visa 2 years later (meaning she has NOT been on the visa for 5 years)

Her visa is still valid until the end of Sep 19 however he wants to send off a dependent visa for her. He is confused as to what form to fill.

Does he fill the Tier 1 Ent Extension visa for dependent OR
Indefinite leave to remain dependent visa

What do you mean exactly by 'colleague'? Does this person work with you at an employer/company??

Tier 1 Ent dependent form if they meet the maintenance funds etc requirements.

He is a good friend so I refer to him as a "colleague" he works for his own business.
