The minimum is one year's accounts. Anything more is optional

This should be filled in the application form - there is no separate document

There is no earliest day as long as you have met all of the requirements. Only a latest day, which is before your visa expires.

ILR requires you to be in the country under Tier 1 for a minimum of five years.

The extension is always for 2 years.

the requirements for job creation is 2 jobs.

1) if I have created more than 2 jobs is it advisable to submit other employees details or shall I just submit for 2 of them to claim points ?

2) i have 2 employees has same job title and one got other job title.
does it matter if i claim points for 2 employees for the same job or should i use different job title to claim points ?

thnx

1. The minimum requirement is to submit evidence of two jobs. Rest is optional. Your FPS submissions will have all employees information anyway.
2. Does not matter if they are all full time jobs (if they have worked at different times, then the same job title might make them be considered as the same job)

Re: extension

Post by roniksoni » Wed May 04, 2022 8:28 am

Hello folks thank you for all the assistance which made me prepare the application myself.

I have finally prepared all the documents and ready to apply

This is just final check before I make application:

My extension is due by July.
Will it be a good idea to apply now or shall I wait till 28 days left ?
As per my understanding it will not make any difference if I apply early.

Secondly

I have got the below documents please advice me if any extra document will be advisable to add.

3 years accounts
Business bank statement which shows investment
Bank letter confirming I m signatory account holder
Business premise lease contract
Company incorporation certificate and vat certificate director loan agreement

Employee passports and documents
(One employee is British and other is on ilr)
Company filling history page
Current appointment report
RTI
Payslip for the employees claiming points
(One employed worked for 13 months full time and second working since 15 months full time)

Any other documents need to add other than above docs?

Please advice me experts

Thank you.

You seem to be missing one essential document - HMRC letter showing you are tax registered.

I have few queries from the online application form.

1) Evidence of your parental relationship with Miss XXX XXXX such as a birth or adoption certificate, proof of financial contributions to the child's well-being or general evidence demonstrating concern and interest in the child

in this only birth certificate will be enough or do we need to provide proof of financial contribution as well ?
If yes what kind of evidence can be counted other than bank statement for my daughter where I deposited some fund in her account.

2) Evidence of your access to Miss XXXX XXXX , such as a written agreement between both parents or a child arrangement order

Do I need to Provide them a letter/ contract between me and my wife about the Arrnagment order of my child or any other documents I can provide.

Thank you guys

These are generally for single parents/adoptive parents. Someone else can advice better, but if they are already dependents on your main application, there are not really relevant.
