In india passport has been given after police verification so I think I will not need to produce any police clearance certificate which I didn’t have on last entry clearance too.
5. You still need the police clearance certificate.
What is the new question you have ?

I am making th eapplixation with my wife.
She has the address of her parents in the passport and mine passport has my address.

Does it make any difference if we have different passport even though we are living together since 2 years.
And yes we do have the marrige certificate to prove that we are married.

I hope the the difference address won’t be a issue.

Please do let me know guys.

For my new tier 1 application
Is it necessary or recommended to have
Hotel booking or letter from friend where I will be staying initially for few months ?

If I get tenancy agreement and letter from her, is it plus point for my application ?

Also if someone can help me with the format of letter that I will be staying at her home after arriving to uk.

Thank you.

I have couple of questions
1- I haven’t got the home office reference number when I got my first visa which was in 2009 (as I have misplace the letter came with visa)
Online form is asking for the home office reference number.
(I do have other visa reference number which I have inserted)

What’s the best thing to do now ?

2- when I was filling online form at visa4uk.com under the finance heading they asking for name and original letter from institution.
Name is all right but when I goto official letter from there are only 3 options
1, FCA REGULATED VENTURE CAPITAL FIRM
2, REGISTRED UK ENTREPRENUER SEED FUNDING COMPITITION
3, UK GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT

however I have the balance of 200k in Indian bank and the letter I will be getting is from Indian bank which doesn’t have option of any other bank.

Please help me choose right option.
(Couldn’t upload the picture so sorry about it)

3- about the bank letter and statement
Is it okey if I have the bank letter stating that money has been held in x account for more than 90 days and transferable to UK ?

Also is it okey if I have the balance certificate and the letter or shall I also include bank statement too?

Thanks for your help.

1. Any reference is fine.
2. You seem to have chosen 50K route or selected switching from Tier 4
3. Include the statement too

Clear with first and third.

Second one under finance heading
Question is

Are the funds held in one or more regulated institutions ?

Yes or No

If I click yes the questions are as above and this is under 200K option.

I feel like as long the none of the three options apply to me this should come up as NO.

PLEASE REVERT BACK TO ME.

THNX.

Since i can't access the online form myself, it is difficult to comment.

If you are sure you have made the correct selections before you got to this stage, then try selecting No or just select any of the options and add a letter explaining that you had to select one of those because you had no other option.

Unlikely you will be rejected because of wrong selection in the form if you have all the documents correct.

But make sure you made all the prior selections correctly. As mentioned before, those options appear to be for the wrong route

when I was filling online form at visa4uk.com under the finance heading they asking for name and original letter from institution.

2, REGISTRED UK ENTREPRENUER SEED FUNDING COMPITITION
3, UK GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT

so, complate the form i have to choose one of the option.

secondly, for thw some fund i have got the loan from my dad, my mom and my wife so, what option do i have to choose ? the money has been held in my account for more than 90 days.

Are you relying on third party funding for any of the £200,000?

If the money has been with you for 90 days you don’t need to provide any other documents unless you are specifically requested.

So shall I choose NO on the question of relying on third party question ?
