Job Creation question

Hi dears, I need to apply for T1 entrprenuer extension, actually i am director in two different companies but invested £300,000 in just one company. Now if I create one job in a company where I didn't invest (zero investment) and second job in a company where invested the money (to fulfil 2 jobs requirement) so will it be acceptable for Home office.
If No , then can anyone please give me idea that how much is the minimum amount which I should invest in the second company as well, to fulfil the requirement.

I will really appreciate if you guys can help me on this issue.

They are two separate criteria and there is no link between investment and job creation. So you are ok
