Hi Marcnath

We started different business then the actual business plan which was submitted (business plan) at the time of initial visa.( Tier1E)

Now at the time of extension, do we need to submit new business plan for our two businesses or it is not required by home office for extension.

Will appreciate your kind comments/advise

No, a new business plan is not required

Hi Marcnath

Is the fast track option available for tier-1 extension and how much Home office charged for each applicant?
Thanks

Dear Marcnath and Zimba

I have a situation. I have one full time and 7 part time staff.
• One part time lost his passport during his overseas visit and back to uK on temporary /emergency passport. He applied the new one against lost passport which takes three more weeks. Unfortunately he did not have copy of his passport. He provided me copy of very old passport which expired on 2002. His driving licence also expired a year back and did not renewed yet.
Can I attached the renewal passport receipt application screen shot issued from HM Passport office along with expired passport if home office accept this.

• Another employee who worked average 4 hours per week (worked for three month and left) he provided us with his UK learner driving licence. He is British citizen but he did not apply the passport yet. He is 18 years old. Will this be accepted to home office? I am trying to get his birth certificate since he born in uk and he is not reachable and left the job also.

Actually, our two jobs are already completed without above two part-time staff but I have mentioned their name also in the extension application Form (even updated those also who left). Can I mention in a separate letter/paper to home office case worker with list of employee to whom I am relying and claiming by excluding above two names.

Appreciated for your kind advice pls
Thanks

1. The old passport is good enough
2. Driver licence is not acceptable
3. You only need documentation for employees you are claiming job creation points. You can add the cover letter as you suggest

Dear Marcnath

Usually the standard processing time of Tier-1 Extension takes 6 to 8 weeks by Home office.

These 6 to 8 weeks starts from the date of Application submission ( extension) or start from the date of bio-metric given.

Thanks

Dear Marcnath

Sorry for asking above silly question. Is there any way where we can track our extension application from Home office Govt. UK website like by entering passport number or expired BRP number?

Thanks

No you can't. There is no way to track applications online etc.

Dear Moderators

Can I ask ILR related question by using the same topic or has to create the new one?

My question related to ILR route through Tier-1 Entrepreneur. Like after extension, there is still requirement to continue to carry two jobs during the 24 months or 12 months.

If we need to create the two new jobs or existing job which are part of continuity of existing business will be considered as current business structure does not allowed to create new two jobs as the business already running within its capacity for existing staff.

Appreciated for your kind comments in clarifying my doubt please.
Thanks

For ILR, only the employment periods created OR maintained after grant of extension count for award of points
