No sure with question on Tier 1 entrepreneur application for

I am planning to apply for visa next month through psw 50k route and all my 50k funds are available overseas in my personal bank account ..
I am not sure what to tick for this question

its in section 3 page 23

Is the money available to your business rather than to you by name?

I am the only director of my company and only shareholder. Because the money is held in my name I am not sure what to tick..

Well ds question has already been asked b4 in ds forum ... N guru said its answer is No.... Just to satisfy my friend paid 100£ to a lawyer for d same question n he said don't answer ds question leave it blank nw it's up to u I left it blank on my form... D other 1 on page 27 is for those who r applying for extension ... If u r initial application means applying first time for enterprenure thn it's nt for u...hope it will help u
