Please share your Experience After "PAP" If Anyone got Something

Hello Everyone,
i am silent Follower of this forum and it helped me alot in many ways,
My simple question is that
what is the success rate if HO reconcider your application on behalf of PAP,

Refusal points were mostly on basis of interview
like
1) Email Communication
2) Market Research
3) Haven't provide full business bank account statement

Although everything was offered to CO during interview but she said send me via email and she haven't even concider it and even during interview she was very unprofessional and rude amd behaving like a Primary school teacher Instead of Professional interviewer,still after ignoring this behaviour because of HO office Reputation,as my company profile including all employees and other paper work is handled very professionaly while the time of application,
Now i made also fresh application but HO reconcider on behalf of PAP,
So anyone of you got approval after PAP and how long it take and what's the chances?

The interviewer who came to us was similar
She was rambling and didn’t know what was her priority
She asks that print and then when given she said not this one another one
After loads of prints she didn’t take a single print with her
In the refusal she has written didn’t provide any documents
Don’t know what they expecting

With the Grace of God i got Visa Today
i applied for AR and Fresh Application also after the refusal then got refusal on AR but they reconcider my Pre Action Protocol and afyer one month i got approval letter on basis of PAP.

As i done trough solicitor and will recommend a good solicitor i you want to clear these issues within PAP otherwise most of solicitor don't take it serious amd take you to JR.
these points are only credibility base and can be clear easily like
Communication:
being small company with 2 employees it's not necessarily to communicate via email you cam do face 2 face

please don't provide solicitor information on this forum.

why you could just please guide this particularly refusal point of email communication & Market Research instead of recommending solicitors firms. There are few people in this forum who act like a users but actually they are agents or solicitors using this forum for prospective clients .

if you just guide all other members about your PAP drafting that could help them having similar issues or refusal points.

How many days did they take you to get with the decision

congratulations ..... u must be happy .. one of my friend sent pap as well and she has received reply from UKVI that they will reply her within 3 months.. did u receive same sort of letter.. she received another letter which says if you want to send additional documents fo us to consider ..... !!

Really pleased to see some of these genuineness failures overturned.

Was there any difference in your arguments in the AR and PAP ? I would expect the same arguments could have been used in AR.

Thank you Everyone for your Wishes,
yes it is a relief after a long struggle and i wish best of luck to everyone,
i am not a solicitor and i know the rules of this page that's why i haven't mention any firm or name so don't be aggressive whoever is being,
i am here to help whichever i could do according to my beat knowledge.
Business was Business Consultancy and Marketing
Refusal Points Were as follows,
1) Email Communication
2) Market Research
3) 3 chairs in the office instead of 4
5) Office was in attic instead of First floor
6) Source of funds(As i mentioned im interview that i MAINLY earn one of my Main job which i worked nearly 3 years but they said it could be 35k max but not 50K)

INTERVIEW;

1) I mentioned in interview as we all small company with 3 employees so we do face to face or over the phone
2) i explained to interviewer properly about market research in very professional way like why i choose this area who are the competitors and why we are different feom others but Unfortunately was ignored by CO

AR:
i contacted withbone solicitor and he prepared draft for AR which was very unprofessional like plain draft and got refusal,after i contacted another solicitor who prepared PAP letter very professionally
How he cleared points:
Communication:
as i mentioned above whichbi answered in interview like small company the solicitor done the same with the reference of interview question Answer which was completely ignored by CO andsmall companies don't necessarily need email communication and to show credibility of job creation all others docoments have been provided which shows the genuineness of business like payslip ids etc,

Market Research:
Market Research point was clear in details with guideline and other court decisions:
1)according to Paragraph 245DD Table 5 there ia no requirement for the applicant to provide evidence of research before investing in business,
Alternatively the applicant provided the sufficient answer to CO in interview and by one of court decision he proved where ot stated an immigration interview may be unfair,
as that draft was in bit more details,i tried to cover im simple language here,

But in this Case i have to do through a Solicitor because i couldn't manage my time to apply myself coz of engaged in different business activities otherwise i always encourage to understand and work your own,
so i don't have any intention to Recommend Any Solicitor,

I’m really sorry I misread your statement and presumed you were referring to solicitor firm which you confirmed now that it was not referring and u explained that you had drafts done by them

Was the transcript given to you when asked from the interviewer
