Post Extension Help Needed - Job Creation

I received my extension recently.

I will apply for ILR after 6th April 2019 so I cannot use transitional arrangement.

I have 2 employees working for me parttime, can I combine the hour of both to create a full-time job? is yes please advice which option is correct

1) A and B both work 65 hours each to make total hours 130 hours

2) A works 80 hours and B works 50 hours to make 130 hours

Yes you can as long as the positions/roles being combined lasted at least 12 months

Just to clarify

Job Title - Marketing Manager

Employee A works 4 months full time

Then
Employee A works parttime 8 months along with Employee B parttime for 8 month = total hours both = 140 per month


is this OK ???

This is ok but it is not two part-time jobs.

It is ONE full time job filled by Employee A for 4 months and Employee A and B together for 8 months.

If you enter it as two part-time jobs, it will not qualify as they jobs have not lasted for 12 months each.
