If you are using £200K why do you need a VC? If you use VC you can save £150K as the funding required is only £50K. Do you already have a VC firm that can support your application?AQAAB USA wrote:Dear BlackBirdSSG,

So, you will be extending your Prospective Entrepeneur into Tier 1 Entrepreneur Category inside UK, but you want to apply for Prospective Entrepreneur first.
Prospective Entrepreneur is a C-category visit visa with 6 months of validity. It can only be converted into Tier 1 Entrepreneur application (with fees of £1051) inside UK
What you currently need are following doc:
1) Invitation Letter from Venture Capital firm (make sure they are in FCA's list, Take a print out and put it in file too)
2) Passport
3) Maintenance Money (equivalent to £3100 for 90+ days)
4) English Proficiency (either recognized Degree+Transcript taught in English / OR / English Certificate with min. B1 Level)
That's all. You have to fulfill same conditions in terms of supporting documents as it is for Tier 1 Entrepreneur. I'm telling you this through experience
