Question about dependent visa

hi dear
i applied my visa tier 1 dependent visa.
application submission 29 Aprl 2019
biomatrics 13 May 2019
email that papes recived. 14 May 2019
i did paid cal 12 july to know my visa status. thry said it is under processes.
email to enquire at 25 july 2019. they answerd in mail " we already told u it is under process"
its 5 aug now n no news about visa. i am so worried it should take this much time. all people applied eith me got visa in 10-20 days. what i should do?

It can take weeks or even months depending on the complexity of the application. We do not know
