Question about job creation

Post by karlkarl » Fri Jul 13, 2018 1:55 am

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and this is my first post, I am going to apply T1E by the end of this years, I hope to get some advise about job creation.

I have a friend who is a BC, if I employ him officially but he cash me back monthly, do you guys think this may expose by home office during the extension application? I will prepare all relevant documents such as staff contract, payslip, bank in record.......etc, and he will also pay the income tax officially.

Thank you for the help!

What you plan to do is fraud, which can result in you being banned from the UK for a long time.

This topic will be locked as we don't want discussions on how such fraud can be perpetuated.
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.
