Hello Guys,

I made my t1 50 ext application on 15th december and as u all know my application was damaged in the flood as per ukba letter received on 24th jan. I have just received my biometric letter on 21st april and I am going to go for that next week as very busy in my business at the moment.

I hope everyone will get their visa ext confirmation soon.....

will update u ppl as soon as I will get any reply after my biometric.....

I have just one company.

Running well and making profit.

dear all
as discussed earlier in the post I had interview on 28th April applied 15th of Nov 2015, so after interview still waiting for reply back. all the friends are due for their interview do not be afraid of any thing mostly they ask you general questions regarding your business and most of them are initial application questions about source of investment funds what business activities you do, your competitors etc. you must go through your 3 years accounts prior to attend the interview. hope this helps as long as you are running genuine business this interview will be a piece of cake for you.

Dear I wish I would know the answer they are treating business people like ordinary applicants despite knowing that their delay do not just make person suffer but their businesses get effected too.

I was interviewed by UK Visas and Immigration on 18 May 2016.

The interview lasted 30 minutes.

The interview was via Video Link at Birmingham.

I was asked 30 questions.

I wasnt told to submit additional documents

Some of the questions were-

1. What is my business (companys) name
2. Nature of my business
3. Do I need to register with any organization or body
4. How do I get my contracts for my business
5. How do I advertise
6. How much have I spent on adverts
7. What would make the interviewer use my company and not another company
8. How many competitors do I have.
9. How has my company performed from inception
10. What do my employees do
11. How did I raise the £50k
12. How did I spend the £50k
13. How much taxes have I paid
14. Who is my accountant
15. They also wanted me to clarify one transaction in my personal account statement. It was a small personal loan I took.

Those are all the questions I can remember (some had follow-up questions).

I was allowed to ask questions after the interview

I was told I would get an outcome within 1 to 6 weeks. Still waiting.

However, last week MY company received a strange letter from Immigration Enforcement saying they had information that MY company was employing ME and I may not have the right to work in the UK!

My company was told to carry out an ECS check on ME to confirm my right to work!

I called UK Visas and Immigration 2ice and they confirmed that my case had not yet been resolved and that they could not understand why Immigration Enforcement sent such a letter to my company.

I applied on 13 Feb 2016
Had Biometrics on 05 Mar 2016

Is that from your personal statements which you have provided for maintenance funds?

similar question as they asked Napeoleon but mine were even more basic in total they asked me 57 questions. but as I said all basic about my company investment, employees and competitors. please be confident in the interview.

Yes it was. It was a very very small personal loan.

Did you call immigration enforcement about the letter? How bizarre since you are covered by section 3c.

Can you give us a list of questions asked?
Whatever you can remember would help.
Also did they ask for any additional documents and what we're the documents they asked for.

The letter didn't have a number so I couldn't call. It had an email but all I got was not automated response

Can you please clarify the personnel loan bit. Do you mean you took a personal loan from the bank and UKVI asked about that loan, Why they are bothered about the loan you take from the Bank.

I have no idea why they were bothered by a loan. It was a loan for £2k and I explained it was for personal use and had nothing to do with the business

Yes it was a very clear transaction. But I doubt if it would affect the outcome. I don't think we recommend prevented from taking personal loans

Hi Napoleon77,

Did you made profit in your last year? I mean did you showed profit in your last year accounts or your business was in loss till last year?

Was the loan on your maintenance fund account or the account you sent to show the director loan transaction.
