Tier 1 Dependant Application IHS Fee

Dear Gurus,
I am new to this forum and require assistance on PBS dependant application. I have recently got my ILR approved through Tier 1 Entrepreneur 5year extension and my wife's PBS dependent application is now due on 17/08/2019 . While filling the application I am stuck at Main applicant's visa status there is no option for ILR and the only option I have is Tier 1 Entrepreneur please advise do i select Tier 1 Entrepreneur ?
While making the payment for IHS they require main applicant's visa validity to calculate the years I currently have ilr and not sure what should be mentioned there does it have to be 3 years from the date of application please advise. ?

Choose Tier 1E and put ILR validity. The max is 3 years IHS

Thank you for your help with my wife's application my son's visa expires in 29/11/2019 he was not born in UK so need extension . Please advise if i can apply his extension with my wife in 17/08/2019 2 months before or it has to be 28 days before expiry for same route extensions ?

They can both apply at the same time.
