TIER 1 ENT DEPENDENT

Post by shb101 » Tue Mar 03, 2020 11:28 am

Hi Guys,

I applied for my ILR via Tier 1 Ent route and tier 1 Ent dependent extension in Sept 2019, both were approved in November e.g. my ILR and wife's Tier 1 Ent dependent extension.

However I was advised that my wife should have applied for Settlement visa as I have ILR now and they saying she won't get ILR on the basis of Tier 1 Ent dependent visa via 5 years route. Kindly advise.

Do I need to switch her visa to settlement as I have ILR now or she will be able to apply another extension on Tier 1 Ent dependent visa and after completing 5 years on this route she is eligible to apply ILR ?
