Sorry to hear about this and I appreciate that you are upset and anxious.

But it will help if you are clear about your information.

1. Once rejected, you have 14 days to file an Administrative Review (AR) or a fresh application. The rejction letter should have stated whether you can file an AR and the schedule for the same. Which one has a chance of success depends on what exactly were the reason for refusal. But generally, it makes sense to apply for AR, so you get more time to prepare a fresh application. You can send in a fresh application any time when the AR is being processed or within 14 days after it is decided.

2. You can't use the old maintenance funds. It has to comply with the new application date.

For your other points, it is not clear why they are missing. Did you forget to submit them or did they go missing with UKVI ? Those are all basic documents.

Dont Worry, everything will be fine. Focus on your AR now. You have 14 days.
But can you please post your refusal reason/letter.

So people can guide you properly.

1.companies house CAR
COMPANIES HOUSE ar01
initial share certificate
this evidence is not sufficient because the accounts you have provided do not show the requisite investment in your name
the accs do not show the share values nor you have provided a register of members to show share value
2.all of your employees hours have been discounted as an rti supplied does not show start date
one of the employee did not have any identity docs-----------i miss the document
no wage slips were provided for one of the employee

the letter dated as 17 jan 2018
i need your help members

It is not clear what help you need.
It seems to be quite straightforward mistakes in submitting documents that are clearly specified.
So you need to prepare and submit a new application with the correct documents.
Would you have Maintainence funds in any accounts, even if it is in your home country? If so you could use those. If not, I hope you have already collected the amount into an account now. You should then file for AR and hope that it will take some time for decision. Once the AR gets rejected you send in a new application with all the correct documents and the maintenance fund statements as you have it.
Even if it did not meet the 90 days at the time of application then you send in an update to your bank statements as soon as you have 90 days of funds. HO will most probably consider it.
The good news is the requirement for start date in the RTI has been removed now - that is one of the things you can argue in an AR

So sorry about this. You have to be patient and catch your breadth and state the reason for refusal very well. This is so that we can understand what issues are raised and how to go about it.

From what you have posted above, I think you need to first send in administrative review to buy time while you try to figure out how you will be able to raise statement for maintenance. Then you can start to pull documents together for fresh application.

Have you now put aside the maintenance funds ?

As I mentioned, you should apply for AR - that does not need maintenance funds.

It will probably take a month or even more, if you are lucky.

You then have 14 days to make a fresh application after your AR is rejected. By then you would have built up around 45-60 days of maintenance funds.

When you get your biometrics letter, you submit the biometrics on the last day possible. By then you will be close to the 90 days.

As soon as the 90 days is reached, send in the bank statements again.

There is a very high chance that it will be accepted.

So, even though you are running it very close, there is a good chance that you will be ok.

I tried to explain how you handle that situation in my previous post. Let me try once again.
1. Ensure you have the maintenance fund in a bank account TODAY.
2. Apply for AR
3. Let’s assume AR decision takes 30 days. You have 14 days after that for fresh application.
4. Submit your fresh application with 44 days maintenance fund.
5. Let’s assume you get biometrics letter after 7 days. You have 14 working days (about 20 calendar days) to submit that.
6. Do you biometrics on the last day. By now you have 71 days of maintenance funds.
7. When it gets to 90 days, about 20 days after, send in your bank statements again- now with 90 days.
I can’t guarantee it will be accepted but I think it will.
But you don’t have any other option so there is nothing to lose

I am telling you based my experience. Pay for application fee by cheque. It takes longer for them to take money and relatively they will send the biometric letter later. For me it took 3 weeks until they cash the cheque and sent me the biometric letter.

You need to have a good reason like medical, for example. They tend to send one reminder just in case the first one got lost - but I wouldn’t depend on these.

I think there is a way around as well. I'm sure you can also use your family or friends money as maintenance but I need to confirm that from that guy who has done that. I will try to update tomorrow.

@Jara Mcnath has answered this question and you keep repeating yourself. Buy time with your AR application, submit probably on the 14th day bu Royal mail but pay the maintenance fund into your account immediately today. The AR application might be decided say in another 30 days plus 13 days is 43. If it is refused you will have 14 days to apply for fresh application so ensure you apply on the 14th days. 14 plus existing 43 will be 57 days. Make payment with draft to buy time, you can also delay biometrics enrolment just to ensure you get your maintenance to 90 days, print the statement and send as additional docs.
