The BRP is usually delivered through DX secure post. The documents are sent back separately via normal post.

Thanks Zimba. We have some queries, would you please reply if possible.

I came in UK October 2007 as student visa. Now I got tier extension on 15-05-2017 till 15-05-2019.

1. My 10 years long residency is completing on this October, Can I apply on this October, if yes what are the requirements.
2. My business partner came on September 2009 as student. He got same Visa extention till 15-05-2019. He got initial tier 1 entrepreneur on June 2013. When he can apply for ILR. I mean June 2018 or June 2019. what will be his requirements. Please suggest.
Any other members suggestions also be appreciated.

Yes, you can. See: https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... -residence
Please note that this can have ramifications for your dependants' ILR, if you have any.

He can apply under Tier 1E 5 year ILR in June 2018 as long as he is engaged actively in business and created/maintained 24 months of full time employment AFTER extension granted. Read the settlement section in the Tier 1E guide.

The good news is that you only need to apply for ILR yourself and when granted, your son can register as British citizen immediately :)
The documents are generally: ALL your passports, Life in the UK test and English language evidence and form SET(LR). You can apply for ILR in person at a chosen PSC.

No. Long residence ILR is based on private life and 10 years lawful residence in the UK.

Congratulations first,
You did not submit FPS with starting date, Annual accounts with DL names, and you sent it later, is that right?
To which address did you send it?
It seems they accept documents sent before decision.

YES, our FPS has missing starting date and there was no directors names mentioned in DL . I sent updated accounts with names on Jan and FPS updated on March. They must consider relevant documents sent before decisions. Thank God we did it.

Congratulations Pari, Please can you help find out from your accountant how the FPS that was missing start date was corrected. I have similar issue with my first FPS and my accountant dont seem to know what to do. Many thanks for your help.

Pari,

Can you please tell me precisely how your accountant corrected the FPS Start date that was missing. I just notice I have the same problem and my accountant seem not to understand how to go about adding the start date to the FPS because it is Real Time Information. Kindly help on this.
