TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR EXT PENDING MORE THEN 10 MONTHS

Hi Seniors...

I applied my tier 1 entrepreneur extension in the month of 24 July 2017 with my team member. I have received my partial refunds of 800 pound 4 applicants in total on 26 march 2018 and my other team member received partial refunds 600 pounds 3 applicant in total on 10 April 2018 then I have not heard from Home Office.

1. Should I contact to Local MP?
2. Is there any negative impact on my application if I contact to local MP?

Note: Please note I will be eligible for 10 years long residence ILR on 21 August 2018, in this cirtcumtances what is best for me?

Please advice me.

I applied in feb 2017 ans still waiting ihs refund on 17 march 2018. If your 10 years completing in august 2018. Its better you keep quite dont contact your local Mp ans dont chase home office . I asume you will be eligible for 10 years (ILR) before your decision like others.

There is no definite conclusion to what a partial IHS refund means but hope for the best and wait for HO communication via post. There is no harm in contacting MP as it would not impact your case. However, most MPs are useless and wont do much anyways.

You have been advised before to wait to hear back from HO.
You can choose to vary to SET(LR) when eligible however that will NOT lead to a same day decision. This also has implications if you have dependents
